    How long does delivery take?

    Shipping and delivery
    • Super fast delivery: Order before 12am and receive your order the next day.
    • Standard delivery: Expect your order within 3 to 5 working days

    Please note: All our lamps are designed and produced entirely “from scratch” in our warehouse in Haarlem. This means: no mass production, but custom craftsmanship. For some models, a short production period applies. We strive to ship your order within 3 to 5 working days.

    Shipping methods

    123lampenkopen.nl works together with PostNL to deliver your package safely and on time. Shipping is free for orders above €50, with the exception of morning delivery.

    You can choose from the following shipping options:

    • Shipping via PostNL

    • Pick up at our warehouse in Haarlem

    Is it a fragile lamp that cannot be sent by standard mail? Then we offer the possibility to deliver the lamp(s) to you personally. We will contact you in advance to discuss any call-out costs.

    Of course, it is also possible to collect your order from our warehouse. On request, we will hang the lamp for you in our warehouse, so that you can view and check it on site. In this way, we perform a so-called 'quality control' together.

    Is the pendant lamp dimmable?

    Most lamps are dimmable, provided they are equipped with dimmable light sources. In the product specifications you can easily find out whether a lamp is dimmable and which dimming options are available. Do you have any questions or doubts? Please feel free to contact us.

    Can I return my order?

    Yes, returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the product. Returning an order is easy via the steps below:

    1. From the moment your order is delivered, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep the product.

    2. Would you like to return the item? Place the included packing slip back in the box and carefully pack the lamp in its original packaging so it arrives undamaged.

    3. Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.

    Return conditions:

    • Returns are possible within 14 days after receiving the product.

    • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

    • Returns without prior contact will not be processed.

    Which light source do I need for the Exios wall lamp?

    The Exios wall lamp is equipped with two E14 fittings. You can choose the desired light color yourself, as long as the light sources have an E14 fitting and therefore fit in the lamp.

    Do you offer a warranty on the products?

    We provide a two-year warranty on our LED drivers, lighting and other components (with the exception of glassware).
