Please note: the 2-pole cord is not suitable for earthed devices or for use in damp environments.

Since our lamps are produced in-house, production times are short. After completing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation so you can track your delivery.
Would you like to know the delivery time for a specific lamp in advance? Feel free to contact us; in most cases, we deliver within the shorter, average delivery timeframe.
In the specifications of the lamp you can see if the lamp is dimmable. In most cases it is possible to convert non-dimmable lamps to dimmable. Let us know in advance if you want this.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it according to our returns policy. Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging.
We welcome you to our showroom. You can easily schedule an appointment via the link to our showroom, which can be found at the top right of the website.
We offer a two-year warranty on the lighting and drivers. If a problem occurs within this period, you can contact us for repair in our workshop. The lamp must be brought to our workshop in Haarlem for this. Please note: we do not offer a warranty on glassware.
